Syria: Ground Troops Mass On Outskirts Of Homs, Stuart Ramsay | World News | Sky News: "Twin car bomb attacks have struck Syria's second city of Aleppo, according to state TV, as up to 10,000 troops are reported to be massing on the outskirts of the besieged city of Homs.

The explosions, which reportedly killed 25 people and injured 175 others, were the first in Aleppo, the northern city which has been relatively quiet since the uprising against President Bashar al Assad's regime erupted last March.
Debris filled the street and residential buildings appeared to have their windows shattered.
State TV blamed "armed terrorist gangs" for the attacks on security compounds, saying they were proof the government was facing a violent enemy.
