Around 2 p.m. (1900 GMT) on Sunday, a 911 call was made about a robbery at a salvage yard called the Rogers Service Center. Two Buchanan County deputy sheriffs at the scene were shot dead, and the two others who arrived a little later were wounded, according to the New York Times.
