The cold-Killing of the 12th Army Commander, by the President's Regional National Security Service Commander and some subsequent detonations at several places nation wide ther after, the Killing of Regional Police Operations Commander at las-Anod again with the masked creminals run away at a time both the Nationl Army and the Police were on alert and standby status , generated skepticism in the communities over the state role in this!!
