Somalia explosion kills ministers

At least 18 people, including three cabinet ministers, have been killed by a suicide bomb in Somalia. Three other ministers were seriously injured. The blast ripped through a hotel in Mogadishu during a graduation ceremony for students. The BBC's Mohamed Olad Hassan was at the ceremony and was lucky to survive.
