Man assaulted and killed in Sheffield city centre
Police were at the scene of the assault
Mubaarak Ahmed Hassan, 18 years old from Somaliland was stabbed to death in Sheffield, U.K.
He was found by South Yorkshire police officers after they were called to Crowther Place at 12.45 BST to reports of an assault.
The victim was treated by paramedics at the scene, but died a short time later in hospital at the Northern General.
Police have sealed off the area, which includes parts of Abbeydale Road, and crime scene investigators are on the scene.
Police are appealing for witnesses
Officers have appealed for anyone with information about the incident to call them on 0114 2202020, quoting incident number 520 of September 30.
