Outrage over Somaliland
I have been preoccupied over the past few days with a tangle of questions and thoughts connected by the wave of hatred actions in the net, from those who are from Somalia. Not thoughts of why they do it, what they want form it, or who are they. I have been wondering why and how this has affected me. Selfish, I know. But also, it is the only way I can feel myself a part of this whole, hostel situation.
They hate us because we destroy and stem the tide of their dictatorships. They should wonder whether they are really asking themselves the hard questions. Or whether they are shrugging their shoulders and blaming Somalilanders because that is what they have been brought up to do.
They wouldn't waste a moment to express their hatred views, and that disgust me. It's always in their best interest to mislead others about their crimes and to minimize their horrific barbarian actions, and its significance to the Somaliland people, and also they will throw the blame on this or that in order to create confusion about what they did to our people. Instead of sincerely apologizing and understanding our giving rights to create our own government, they are still fighting us because who we are...
I am proud to be a citizen of a country that has done more than any other country in the world. They slaughter our people in cold blood, and in return we provide shelter, and amnesty to their illegal aliens immigrants. We chose PEACE over war, but that word is not in their dictionary. This is who are they and how they were brought up, and no matter what you do they will stay the same. You can put lipstick on a pig. It's still a pig.
They did and still doing everything in their possibility to block any international Aid or help to Somaliland People, and to talk about their actions and hate towards Somaliland people is limitless, and the list goes on, and Instead of wasting their time fighting with the people of Somaliland. I believe that it would do those from Somalia some good to think again about what their country has achieved if any.
Many has been skeptical who in the first days of independence declaration said that we can't make it, and who warned us against offering the people of Somaliland a false hopes. But in the unlikely story of this resilient people, there has never been anything false about their desires and hopes to rebuild their country and to recall their lost independent, that when we have faced impossible odd situations; when we've been told that we will not be recognized, therefore we shouldn't't try, or that we can't, generations of Somalilanders responded back with simple creed that sums up the spirit of a this great nation. Yes we can.
And while they are busy fighting us we will concentrate on building our nation, and we will continue this journey, generation after generation, and no matter how difficult it gets, what our fathers and grandfathers fought for will not be for vain. We are prepared as never before, and what happened in the 80's will not happen to our people again, and that no one on earth can buy our freedom in exchange for subsidies, grants, and entitlements. We know that some of us might sell their soul to the devil. But let there be no doubt that we will fight again and again as we did before for the same noble cause, which our founders fought for freedom, Justice and in-dependency.
