Hay'adda u dooda xuquuqda aadamaha ee Human Rights Watch ayaa soo saartay warbxin ku saabsan xaaladda xuquuqda aadamaha ee Somaliland. Warbixintan ayaa lagu xusay in Dimuqraadyadda Somaliland ay halsi ku jirto hadii mar kale dib loo dhigo doorashada.

Warbixinta ayaa ku eedeysay beesha caalamka in ay iska indhatireen dimuqraadiyadda Somaliland iyada oo ugu baaqday in ay gacan ka gaystaan sidii doorashadaasi ay waqtigeedii ugu qabsoomi lahayd

Human Rights Watch ayaa ka digaysa in ay halis ku jirto dimuqraadiyadda somaliland ,waxaana ay warbixntu xustay in Somaliland ay hore uga dhaceen doorashooyin  dimuqraadi ah isla markaana ay ka jirto deganaansho siyaasadeed  hase ahaate waxa ay warbixinta Human Rights ku eedeynaysaa Xukuumadda Somaliland in ay ku kacday falal ay ku xadgudbayso madaxbanaanida garsoorka .

Human Rights Watch ayaa walaac badan ka qabta in xukuumaddu mar kale doorashada dib u dhigto.

Qoraaga warbixntan Chris Albin Lackey ayaa ku eedeynaya in madaxweyne Dahir Rayaale uu ka cagajiidayo qabsoomidda doorashada .

Qoraaga ayaa tilmaamay in guusha Somaliland ka gaadhay dimuqraadiyadda iyo dhowrista xuquuqda adaamaha iyada oo ku taalaa mandiqad inta badan loogu xadgudbo xuquuda aadamaha ayaa waajib ka dhigaysa in hormarkaasi la ilaaliyo.

Somaliland ayaa 1991kii sheegtay inay ka go'day Somalia inteeda kale welina aqoonsi kama helin caalamka, sidaasi daraadeed qoraaga warbixinta Human Rights Watch Chris Albin Lackey ayaa u arka in beesha caalamku ay arrinta aqoonsiga u adeegsan karto si xukuumadda ay cadaadis ugu saarto qabsooomidda dorshooyinka.

Somaliland ayaa kala shaqaysay maraykanka iyo iyo dalalka reer galbeedka la dagaalanka aragagixisada .

Warbxinta ayaa qortay in dadka Somaliland ay ku suganyihiin xaalad aanay u doodi karin xuquuqdooda dimuqraadiga ah iyaga oo u baqaya nabadgaliyad ka jirta deegaankooda.
