Iran: Imposing EU's views on others is against democracy, Mottaki said

Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki said on Tuesday that imposing views of the EU on other countries is against freedom and democracy.

In a meeting with Bosnian Deputy Foreign Minister, Ms Ana Trisic Babic, he called for expansion of cooperation in economic, political, and parliamentary fields.
Referring to amicable and profound relations between the two nations, he said that excellent relations between the two countries are not against a third country.
Mottaki voiced Iran's readiness to boost trade and economic cooperation with the Bosnia.
Denouncing the US double-standard policy about territorial integrity of certain countries, he said such an approach has resulted in failure of the US foreign policy.

Appreciating Iran's humanitarian aid to the Bosnian nation during their difficult time, the Bosnian official said her visit was aimed at expansion of bilateral cooperation between the two states, particularly in the area of economy.
Expressing her satisfaction with the current level of political relations between the two countries, she called for boost in economic ties.
