Clashes in Syria as Arab monitors embolden protesters

Syrian security forces have reportedly opened fire to stop tens of thousands of protesters holding rallies in front of visiting Arab League observers.
Activists say at least 35 people were killed in flashpoint cities like Hama, Deraa and Homs, all of whom were being visited by League monitors.
Running battles were fought at one of the largest rallies, in the Damascus suburb of Douma.
Security forces were accused of firing live rounds, nail bombs and tear gas.
Meanwhile, Syrian state media showed pictures of what it said were pro-government rallies in several cities, including Damascus, with protesters showing their anger at a foreign-orchestrated "plot" that is "targeting Syria's stability and security".
The UN says more than 5,000 people have been killed since the uprising against President Bashar al-Assad began in March. The government says 2,000 security forces personnel have died.
Analysis
Jonathan MarcusBBC Diplomatic CorrespondentContinued violence and the rising death toll in Syria risk eclipsing the Arab League monitors' mission, before they have even built up to their full strength. Despite unease in many Western capitals nobody wants to pre-judge the outcome of the monitors' work. They are due to report towards the end of January and there is a clear hope that their conclusions will provide ammunition to take to the UN Security Council.
Meanwhile, amidst signs that the Syrian economy is faltering, European Union governments are set to consider even tougher sanctions - the 11th round of economic measures to pressure the Syrian authorities. And in Washington there are reports that the Obama administration is considering increased diplomatic and practical support for the Syrian opposition; though the supply of arms or any kind of outside military intervention are - for now - out of the question.
Casualty figures and other information are hard to verify as most foreign media are barred from reporting freely in Syria.'Nail bombs'
Around 60 monitors from the Arab League are visiting Syria to verify the implementation of a peace initiative, which demands an end to all violence, the withdrawal of troops from the streets and the release of political prisoners.
Correspondents say their presence emboldened the opposition to call on people leaving Friday prayers to join the rallies and show the scale of anti-government anger.
As many as 250,000 people took to the streets in the north-western province of Idlib, and huge rallies were also held in the cities of Hama, Homs, Deraa and in several Damascus suburbs, the London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
About 150,000 people staged a sit-down protest in front of the Arab League observers in Douma, a north-western suburb of the capital, said the Local Co-ordination Committees, a network of activists inside Syria.
"This Friday is different from any other," Abu Hisham, an activist in Hama, told the Reuters news agency. "People are eager to reach the monitors and tell them about their suffering."

Controversy over Sudan's role
Footage of Homs broadcast by al-Jazeera TV showed a huge crowd shouting: "Revolution, revolution Syria, revolution of glory and freedom Syria."
But a resident of central Damascus, Ram, told the BBC that security forces had been deployed outside his local mosque to intimidate protesters.
"It's the first time that they were showing their weapons outside," he said. "So they were telling people: 'Once you just say the word, we will shoot you'."
Activists said the protest in Douma was broken up by security forces who fired live rounds and tear gas into the demonstrators. More than 20 people were wounded by "nail bombs" as they approached the town hall where the monitors were believed to be, the Observatory said.
Security forces reportedly also opened fire on demonstrations in the cities of Idlib, Hama and Deraa.
The Local Co-ordination Committees said the nationwide death toll on Friday was 32, with nine killed in Hama, six in Deraa, six in Idlib, and four in Tal Kalakh, near the border with Lebanon.
The bodies of five members of the same family were found in the Deir Baalbah area of Homs, a day after they were arrested, it added.

The Arab League observer mission has faced criticism for being led by Sudan's Gen Mustafa al-Dabi, who Amnesty International has accused of carrying out human rights violations in his own country.
Gen Dabi caused some concern when he told Reuters news agency on Thursday, after a visit to Homs: "Some places looked a bit of a mess but there was nothing frightening." His comments were described as "reassuring" the Russian foreign ministry.
But the League has said Gen Dabi has its full support, and the US has urged detractors to allow the team to finish its work.
The Local Co-ordination Committees says 130 people have been killed since the monitors arrived in the country on Monday.
The anti-government Free Syrian Army - which claims to have more than 10,000 army defectors - says it has requested a meeting with the observers but received no response.
Col Riad al-Asaad said his forces had been ordered to stop all attacks on government troops in a bid to avoid fueling the Assad regime's claim that it is fighting armed "terrorists" rather than peaceful protesters.
Despite the presence of the Arab monitors - who are being escorted around the country by state security officials - there has been little let-up in the ferocity of the response to protests, correspondents say.
The US State Department and UK foreign office have expressed concern about the continuing violence.

EGYPT: UN RIGHTS OFFICE VOICES ALARM AT RAIDS ON OFFICES ON NGOS
The United Nations human rights office voiced alarm today at reports that the Egyptian military has carried out raids against the offices of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in what would be the first documented incidents of their kind in the country's recent history.
According to the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), Egyptian soldiers attacked the offices of several NGOs yesterday in Cairo, the capital. The soldiers forced their way in, blocking entrances and exits, and seized computers and files. In some cases, employees had their mobile telephones confiscated.
Frej Fenniche, chief of OHCHR's of the Middle Eastern and North Africa office, said it was the first time his office had heard of a similar raid being carried out against NGOs, noting that such events had not occurred even under the regime of former Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak.
"Such behaviour on the part of the authorities appears to be clearly designed to intimidate human rights defenders who have long been critical of human rights violations in Egypt, including under the previous regime," said Ravina Shamdasani, a spokesperson for OHCHR, from Geneva yesterday.
"The Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights calls on the Government to cease the use of such unnecessarily heavy-handed measures and to ensure that civil society organisations can carry out their important work without undue interference," she added.
Egyptian authorities have reportedly blamed foreign-funded groups, including NGOs, for some of the political unrest which has rippled through Cairo and other cities since the ousting of Mr. Mubarak in February.
Mr. Fenniche noted that the local authorities had expressed concerns regarding the origins of the NGOs' funds as well as information about their relationships with foreigners.
"But this can be done according to the law," he stated.

Egypt Raids Offices of Nonprofits, 3 Backed by U.S.
By DAVID D. KIRKPATRICK and STEVEN LEE MYERS
CAIRO — Security forces shut down three American-financed democracy-building groups and as many as six other nonprofit organizations on Thursday, in a crackdown that signaled a new low in relations between Washington and Egypt's military rulers.
Two of the organizations, the National Democratic Institute and the International Republican Institute, had been formally authorized by the Egyptian government to monitor the parliamentary elections set to resume next week. Critics said the surprise raids contradicted the military's pledge to hold a fair and transparent vote.
The other American-financed pro-democracy group whose offices were closed, the advocacy group Freedom House, had completed its application for official recognition just three days ago. An American group that helps train Egyptian journalists was among the other nonprofit groups raided.
Human rights activists said security forces barging into the offices of respected international organizations was unprecedented, even under the police state of President Hosni Mubarak, who was ousted this year.
The raids are the latest and most forceful effort yet by the country's ruling generals to crack down on perceived sources of criticism amid rising calls from Egyptian politicians and protesters and some Western leaders for the military to hand over power to a civilian government. Those calls were punctuated by Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton's expression of outrage last week over the military's beating and stripping of female demonstrators in Tahrir Square.
On Thursday, a State Department spokeswoman announced that it was "deeply concerned" by the raids.
"Suffice it to say we don't think that this action is justified," the spokeswoman, Victoria Nuland, said. "We want to see the harassment end," she added, calling the raids "inconsistent with the bilateral cooperation we've had over many years."
Another senior administration official, speaking on the condition of anonymity, said that in private channels, the United States had sent an even stronger message: "This crosses a line."
"It's triggered by ongoing concerns about control," the official added, as the ruling military council confronted the mounting pressure to hand over power.
Others called the raids a major challenge to Washington's policy toward Egypt, which receives $1.3 billion a year in American military aid.
"It is a major escalation in the Egyptian government's crackdown on civil society organizations, and it is unprecedented in its attack on international organizations like Freedom House, which is funded in large part by the United States government," said Charles Dunne, director of Middle East and North Africa Programs at the organization, which advocates democratic reforms. "The military council is saying we are happy to take your $1.3 billion a year, but we are not happy when you do things like defending human rights and supporting democracy."
The state news media said that the raids were part of an investigation into what it described as illegal foreign financing.
Contingents of soldiers and security officers armed with automatic weapons and wearing bulletproof vests burst into the offices of the nonprofit organizations at roughly the same time Thursday, around 1 p.m.
The officers provided no warrants or explanations, according to officials at several of the groups. They detained the groups' employees inside for more than five hours in some places. The security forces collected stacks of binders and files, confiscated computers, and sealed the doors as they left.
At the National Democratic Institute's office in Cairo, armed men in uniforms and plain clothes could be seen through a locked gate slicing open boxes of files stacked in a garage.
"Nobody understands what's going on," said Belal Mostafa Gooda, an Egyptian employee of the National Democratic Institute, in a furtive phone call from inside its locked gate during the raid. "We can't move inside or go outside," he said, adding, "They're searching all the papers and files and all laptops, and we don't know what will happen."
The National Democratic Institute receives United States government financing, promotes democracy abroad and says it is loosely affiliated with the Democratic Party. The International Republican Institute also receives government money, and is affiliated with some prominent Republicans.
The raids hit at least one German democracy-building group. The security forces also struck the Egyptian Budgetary and Human Rights Observatory, which studies the military and its spending. The officers also shut down an organization that argues for judicial independence.
Egyptian human rights groups are almost completely dependent on foreign financing because the hostility of the Mubarak government scared away Egyptian donors, and many received considerable support from the European Union as well as the United States.
But Egypt's military rulers began railing against the dangers of foreign financing to Egyptian sovereignty around the time last spring that the United States said it would allocate $65 million to help foster electoral democracy here. Although the United States is Egypt's most important benefactor, its policies in the region are also very unpopular here, making it an easy target.
Egyptian state news media have made it clear since the military-led government began investigating allegations of improper financing months ago that its principal target was money from the United States; in the most notable instance, a state-owned magazine greeted the new American ambassador, Anne W. Patterson, a few months ago with a cartoon cover depicting her holding wads of burning cash in the middle of Tahrir Square. "Ambassador from Hell," read the caption.
As new clashes have broken out between the military police and protesters challenging military rule — more than 80 have died since October — the generals have often warned that there are "hidden hands" trying to stir up trouble or "bring down the state." They have increasingly suggested that those hidden hands could be foreign-financed.
In a television interview last month, Maj. Gen. Mamdouh Shaheen suggested several times that the investigation into foreign financing of nongovernment organizations would shed light on the unnamed instigators who he said were behind the protests and clashes in the streets.
"There are hidden hands playing in the country," he said. "We tell the Egyptian people, and the Egyptian people are smart, that there are people who are trying to demolish the country."
Most human rights and democracy groups in Egypt already operate in a legal twilight because of Mubarak-era laws allowing only nongovernment organizations licensed by the government. Before and after his ouster, the Egyptian government has seldom granted such licenses to genuinely independent organizations.
"We are in the same gray zone everybody else is," said Heba Morayef, a researcher with Human Rights Watch here, a group that was not raided. "We are not licensed and we can be shut down and jailed and all of that, but we keep the authorities informed." After the revolution, she said, most such groups expected their lot to improve: "I don't think anybody expected there would be a new crackdown."

Exeter Mosque: A testament to religious harmony in UK

A view of the Exeter Mosque. (AN photo)
By MAHA AKEEL
The little room used as a mosque in Exeter back in 1975 has grown and expanded into a beautiful mosque and Islamic cultural center to cater to the increasing number of Muslims in that sleepy university town in southwest England.
The story of the Exeter Mosque is probably the story of every mosque across the UK.
Professor Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, the secretary-general of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), talks about that with fondness. In 1975, he came to Exeter as a young faculty member in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Exeter. When he asked around for a place to pray for Muslims he found none despite there being a number of Muslims. So he and a group of Muslim students were given a prayer room in the Students’ Guild. They started with 5 people in their congregation that gradually increased to 20, 40, 60 and even Muslims from neighboring towns joined them. In Eid, they had to find a large plot of land to hold the huge number.
At that time the Muslim community in Exeter was small. They were mainly shopkeepers, restaurant owners and university students. They came together and decided to establish the Islamic center for the southwest and created a committee to work on establishing the center. Ihsanoglu was the president of that committee.
“I still have with me a copy of the minutes of that meeting which took place in December 1976,” Ihsanoglu said.
They started raising funds for the center, and even though he left back to Turkey in 1977, Ihsanoglu was happy to come a year later for the opening of the center when a house had been purchased and converted into the Islamic centre of the southwest.
Thirty years later, as the space became insufficient, the Muslims in Exeter wanted to raise funds to build a mosque. Planning permission was granted in 2000 but raising funds was hampered and construction stalled after the terrorist attacks of 9/11 in New York and 7/7 in London. Ihsanoglu contacted Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al-Qasimi, ruler of Sharjah, who generously provided funding that enabled the construction work to proceed.
Imam Mohammed Abrar said he hoped it would attract thousands of Muslims and increase the understanding of Islam in the wider community.
The Muslim community in Exeter and other places in Britain has grown and prospered over the years. They have become successful businessmen, academics and community leaders and reached the highest levels of government.
“I believe that centers like this in Exeter can serve as a role model for community harmony and cohesion both here and abroad and deserves our support,” said Ihsanoglu at the opening ceremony of the new and expanded Exeter Mosque and Cultural Centre recently.
Lord Mayor of Exeter Stella Brock acknowledged that the journey of Muslims has not been easy in the past ten years, post 9/11, but there is a need to move forward.
“It is a testament to your faith and dedication,” she said at the opening ceremony. She expressed appreciation of the Muslim community and called for respect of different religions and cultures.
Martyn Goss, the Director of Council for Church and Society (Diocese of Exeter) welcomed Muslims and said he was looking forward to continue working closely with them.
The Imam of the mosque and some Muslim youths spoke about the role and importance of the center in the life of Muslims there. It was more than just a space to pray, they said.

U.S. Seals $30 Billion Deal to Sell Fighter Jets to Saudi Arabia
By NATHAN HODGE And CAROL E. LEE
The Obama administration said it has reached a $30 billion agreement to sell advanced fighter aircraft to Saudi Arabia, part of a broader push by Washington to counter Iranian power.
APStaff Sgt. James Liedle refuels an F-15 aircraft at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson on June 14, during the Northern Edge military training exercises near Anchorage, Alaska.
The government-to-government deal announced on Thursday includes the sale of 84 new F-15 fighter jets and an upgrade of 70 others.
The package, which follows more than a year of discussions, comes amid escalating tensions between Iran and the U.S., and will help beef up the military of one of Washington's principal Middle East allies.
"This agreement reinforces the strong and enduring relationship between the United States and Saudi Arabia, and demonstrates the U.S. commitment to a strong Saudi defense capability as a key component to regional security," said White House spokesman Josh Earnest.
The White House also cast the agreement as one that would help give a lift to the U.S. economy, saying it would generate more than 50,000 manufacturing and supplier jobs in 44 states. The F-15s are manufactured by Boeing Co. in St. Louis.
Dennis Muilenburg, head of Boeing's defense segment, said in an interview the sale was a very important deal that reinforced the company's strategy of expanding international sales.
Boeing has set a target of making international business account for around 25% or 30% of defense segment revenues, up from a 7% share around five years ago.
"We're well on our way of achieving that" with the Saudi deal, Mr. Muilenburg said.
Boeing said the deal would create jobs in Saudi Arabia as well as in the U.S. Mr. Muilenburg said the sale would include Saudi industrial participation, including parts assembly and manufacturing at a facility in Riyadh.
Sales of advanced U.S. military equipment to allies in the Middle East have been a concern for Israel, which is keen to preserve its military edge.
U.S. officials have sought to reassure Israel that the fighter deal would benefit Israel's security by bolstering moderate allies in the Gulf.
The fighter sale "will not have an impact on Israel's qualitative military edge," said Assistant Secretary of State for Political-Military Affairs Andrew Shapiro in Washington.
"We did not gin up a package in response to current events in the region," he said, pointing out that Congress had received formal notification of the deal.
The Obama administration informed Congress last year of a plan to sell Saudi Arabia up to $60 billion in new weaponry, including the F-15s. While some lawmakers expressed reservations about the proposal, Congress didn't move to block the deal.
The Israeli Embassy in Washington didn't immediately respond to a request for comment.
U.S. officials have said the F-15s would be highly capable aircraft, comparable to the F-15s operated by South Korea and Singapore.
The new and upgraded fighters would be Saudi Arabia's "most capable and versatile aircraft" and could carry a range of precision-guided weapons and air-to-air missiles, said James Miller, U.S. principal deputy undersecretary of defense for policy.
The first of the new aircraft are expected to be delivered around 2015.
Anthony Cordesman, a defense analyst at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, said the Israeli military's concerns about Iran outweighed the potential risks Israel might perceive from Saudi Arabia or other Arab states acquiring improved military hardware.
"It's not as if it came as a surprise to anyone in Israel," he said.

It’s not surprising that as a result, a “Tripoli Coordination Committee” in support of the uprising has sprung up in the city, run by Syrians and Lebanese.
In its early months, the group comprised a number of young Lebanese who were following the developments of the Syrian uprising on Facebook, via a number of different pages. This evolved into their actively passing along the news and videos of the revolt in different parts of Syria.
Later on, a number of Syrian students at universities in Tripoli began to participate in activities in solidarity with the uprising, where they encountered the city’s natives who were supportive of the “revolution.”
The two groups merged into a single Tripoli Coordination Committee, which deals directly with the Syrian Revolution General Commission, one of the main networks of activists and protestors inside Syria.
The Tripoli-based group seeks to organize peaceful actions of solidarity with the uprising, while staying out of local sectarian and political divisions.
The group’s street protests feature only the pre-Baath flag of the uprising; political party flags are frowned upon.
Individual members of the TCC might take part in the regular Friday protests, organized by Islamist groups wielding their own flags – but the group is anxious to ensure that any demonstration held in its name is free of political party flags, and has been most active in organizing peaceful marches of like-minded university students.
In recent weeks, however, a more pressing need has arisen, and the TCC is active in responding to this need.
The efforts by the Lebanese government’s Higher Relief Committee and the United Nations Higher Commission for Refugees have been most visible in remote rural areas of North Lebanon such as Wadi Khaled, where displaced Syrians have gathered.
For those who have been wounded in the conflict, the city of Tripoli offers the hospitals and other facilities that are needed.
Hajj Mohammad, a Lebanese member of the TCC, told The Daily Star that “in addition to our solidarity actions, we work to secure health care in Tripoli for the Syrians who are wounded, especially for the post-operation phase, when there is an urgent need for care and recovery.”
Mohammad said the group had concluded an agreement with a local hospital to receive the patients and follow up their treatment when needed – surgeries are taken care of by official bodies, but when a patient is released, he requires further assistance.
The funding comes from the Syrian Relief Committee, an opposition gathering that comprises a number of Syrian civil associations and diaspora groups that collect funds to provide aid for the wounded.
“Of course, we don’t pay for surgical operations; it’s the [Lebanese] Higher Relief Committee that has agreed with hospitals to secure operations for our Syrian brethren, paid for by the Ministry of Health,” Mohammad said.
Hasan Tadmuri is one of those who has benefited from the TCC’s activism.
“I was hit in my right leg during a demonstration in the governorate of Homs; my comrades took me to a nearby farm, where an emergency treatment center had been set up, but only offering first aid,” he recalled.
“But my injury required surgery, and we were also in danger of being pursued by the Assad Brigades, which attacked the place when they learned there were injured people there.”
After the security personnel and Shabbiha [pro-regime gangs] departed the orchard where Tadmuri was hiding, he was then rescued by volunteers, who had secured a motorcycle.
This was followed by transport by car, and finally a horse, which he used to cross into Lebanon in the middle of the night.
“I finally passed out and the next thing I knew I was in a Red Cross ambulance,” the activist continued.
Two days after he was shot, Tadmuri was taken to Tripoli Government Hospital and operated on, and is now receiving follow-up treatment at another facility, thanks to the agreement with the TCC, which over the year has moved from uploading videos to coming face-to-face with the victims of the unrest in Syria.

Somalia: NUSOJ - Four Killed, Seven Wounded, 19 Arrested in 2011
Somalia: NUSOJ - Four Killed, Seven Wounded, 19 Arrested in 2011
Nairobi — The National Union of Somali Journalists (NUSOJ) today declares that the year 2011 was characterized by the worst possible perilous conditions in which journalists operate in Somalia, as journalists were deliberately singled out for cruel and unjust treatment.
The year, worse than the previous year 2010 in all respects of press freedom violations and abuse and crushing of fundamental rights of journalists, has been a period smeared with the blood of journalists. Media professionals have been victims of the totally unrestrained and autocratic use of the gun by security and public authorities.
"The conditions in which journalists work have reached new level of crisis in 2011. Journalists have increasingly become victims of threats, deliberate violence, unfounded criminal proceedings, wounding and even heartless murders," said Omar Faruk Osman, NUSOJ Secretary General.
NUSOJ systematically and thoroughly recorded in the past 12 months horrifying cases of killings, wounding, arrests, beatings, intimidation, harassment, judicial and persecutions of journalists. These frequent instances mostly took place in Mogadishu, Bossasso, Galkayo, Hargeisa and Berbera towns. Media houses were not spared from organized attacks.
In 2011, 4 journalists were murdered in Mogadishu alone, making it the only place where the utmost repulsive crimes against journalists were committed. A further 7 journalists were wounded, 5 in Mogadishu, while the remaining 2 were wounded in Bossasso and Galkayo.
19 journalists were arrested at whim, 96% without arrest warrant, detained without official charges. Media workers victimized in this period have had different careers in the media, be it reporter, newscaster, cameraman, editor or director. 7 media houses have been targeted with aggressive, repressive and violent actions.
Mogadishu was the city where most of the violations and other attacks against journalists and media houses were carried out, Hargeisa became second in terms of where cases of violations took place. Bossasso and Galkayo fell back to third equal in terms of the occurrence of violations, though journalists in Galkayo have felt more unsafe than any other journalist in Puntland regions.
While freedom of expression has been grossly violated, the corollary right of freedom of association has been under real threat. The leadership of NUSOJ has been intimidated from freely organizing and publicly promoting their positions on issues of violations, including mistreatment by authorities within the Transitional Federal Government (TFG) against the legitimate leadership and actions of the union. The leadership of the Somaliland Journalists Association (SOLJA) has been under intense pressure from the authorities in Hargeisa, culminating in the arbitrary arrest of its chairman.
Security forces under the command of political figures within the TFG are those most frequently responsible for violating these rights. Somaliland ministers and prosecutor have been responsible for pursuing criminal proceedings against journalists and the private print press, aided by arbitrary police arrests of journalists. Puntland authorities came third in terms of violations of fundamental rights of journalists and press freedom. Surprisingly, the Al-Shabaab group reduced its grip on journalists and committed fewer attacks than TFG forces, the Somaliland administration and Puntland authorities, due to changes in its political base, armed force and territorial space.
"Impunity is the silent enemy, fuelling increasing danger and number of perpetrations of violations of fundamental rights of journalists and press freedom. No matter if they commit murder or threaten a journalist, the perpetrator knows that they will walk away free", added Osman.
Somalia: 2 aid workers shot, one killed
MOGADISHU, Somalia, Dec. 29 (UPI) -- An ex-employee who had been fired from Doctors Without Borders fatally shot an agency project manager and wounded another in Somalia Thursday, witnesses said.
The gunman, a Somali man who had been deputy head of logistics with the international relief agency, opened fire Thursday afternoon at a Doctors Without Borders-Belgium building in Mogadishu, witnesses said.
Shabelle Media Network reported the gunman, who had also held two foreigners, was captured by national security forces of the transitional government of Somalia and jailed.
The man who was fatally shot was a French citizen, the wounded man, an Indonesian doctor, sources told the network.
The motive for the shootings remained unclear, Shabelle said.
A witness said the gunman had shot the two victims and for a time held two foreigners who worked for Doctors Without Borders.

Wasiirka Macdanta Xuseen Cabdi Ducaale
Hargeysa, December 29, 2011 (Haatuf) - Wasiirka macdanta iyo Biyaha Somaliland Xuseen Cabdi Ducaale ayaa dhinac iskaga leexiyey eedo Wasiirka Maaliyadu Maxamed Xaashi Cilmi uga soo jeediyey inuu lunsaday lacag uu ka qaaday shirkadda Canadian ah oo shidaal qodis ka bilaabi doonta Somaliland, taas oo uu tilmaamay in Wasiirka Maaliyadu ku gafay, isla markaana uu ku eedeeyey inuu musuqmaasuq iyo tuuganimo ku kacay.

Shirkana waxa fadhiyay 27 Wasiir oo aan anigu 28 ku ahay, Waxa Wasiirka maaliyaddu uu shirka ka sheegay inaan musuqmaasuq ku kacay.
